How do I make a return?

I haven't received my tracking information yet. What should I do?
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your SPAM or Junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll gladly resend your tracking details.


I received a damaged or faulty item. What should I do?
While our products are designed with quality in mind, defects can sometimes occur. If you receive a faulty item, please email us at [email protected] with pictures showing the issue. We’ll take swift action to resolve it.


My tracking shows the package was delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please check with your local postal service, as they may have your package but incorrectly marked the delivery as complete. If they don't have it, contact us at [email protected], and we'll help you investigate further.


I ordered the wrong item. Can I change it?
Orders are processed immediately, so if you notice an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If a tracking number has already been issued, we may not be able to modify the order.


I entered the wrong shipping address. Can it be corrected?
If you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact us right away at [email protected]. If your order hasn't been shipped, we can make the correction. However, once the tracking number is generated, we may not be able to change the address and may need to initiate a "stop package," which could delay delivery.


How do I know what size swim shorts to order?
Each pair of our swim shorts comes with a size chart on its product page. Be sure to refer to the size chart to find your ideal fit.


What’s the difference between express and standard shipping?
Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery, while standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.


When will items be restocked?
