Refund policy

We are happy to provide free returns for exchanges on purchases made within the United States and Canada, as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, at this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• The product must be in brand-new, unused condition.
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, soiled, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included with the return.
• The item must not have been purchased at a sale price.
• Accessories and undergarments are non-refundable.
• The return must be for the first exchange of that specific item.

• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
